Program for updating ACU-250 module

Program for updating ACU-250 controllers.

Controller with firmware version 4.04 dated 2019-06-10 supports some of the ABAX 2 system devices.

Controller with firmware version 4.03 dated 2014-15-05 supports ABAX devices (detectors and sirens) with firmware version 5.00.
